Kartarpur (Dera Baba Nanak / Kartarpur Sahib on the Ravi) is historically supported as the community Guru Nanak Dev Ji established after the years of travel. It is not a speculative foreign stop; it is the later home of the Guru and the sangat.

The Sakhi

According to Sikh tradition, Guru Nanak Dev Ji farmed, taught, and formed a living community at Kartarpur. The appointment of Bhai Lehna as Guru Angad Sahib is remembered here.
